Payment Requirements<\/strong><\/p>

All fees for consulting services, coaching programs, strategy sessions, workshops, digital products, and related services must be paid in full before services are provided unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.<\/p>

We accept payments through approved payment methods available on our website, including major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment processors.<\/p>

Payment Authorization<\/strong><\/p>

Pricing Changes<\/strong><\/p>

TLV Enterprise Consulting Inc. reserves the right to modify pricing for services, programs, and products at any time without prior notice. Pricing changes will not affect purchases already completed.<\/p>

Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>

Consulting Services<\/p>

Due to the time, expertise, preparation, and resources invested in providing consulting services, all consulting fees are generally non-refundable.<\/p>

Once a consulting session has been completed, no refunds will be issued.<\/p>

Strategy Sessions and Coaching Calls<\/p>

All strategy sessions, coaching calls, and consulting appointments are non-refundable once booked.<\/p>

Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 48 hours\u2019 notice before the scheduled appointment.<\/p>

Requests made with less than 48 hours\u2019 notice may result in the session being forfeited without refund.<\/p>

No-Show Policy<\/strong><\/p>

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a \u201cno-show.\u201d<\/p>

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.<\/p>

At our discretion, a one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered.<\/p>

Digital Products and Downloads<\/p>

Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final.<\/p>

This includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>

* Guides

* Checklists
* Courses
* Workbooks
* Downloadable resources
* Training materials<\/p>

No refunds will be issued once digital content has been delivered or accessed.<\/p>

Workshops, Webinars, and Training Programs<\/p>

Registration fees for workshops, webinars, and training events are non-refundable.<\/p>

If TLV Enterprise Consulting Inc. cancels an event, participants may receive either:<\/p>

* A full refund, or
* A credit toward a future event<\/p>

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes<\/p>

Clients agree to contact TLV Enterprise Consulting Inc. first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.<\/p>

Submitting a chargeback for services rendered or digital products delivered may result in:<\/p>

* Immediate termination of services
* Denial of future services
* Collection efforts for unpaid balances<\/p>

Exceptional Circumstances<\/strong><\/p>

Refund requests due to extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund remains solely at the discretion of TLV Enterprise Consulting Inc.<\/p>
