PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Requirements

All fees for consulting services, coaching programs, strategy sessions, workshops, digital products, and related services must be paid in full before services are provided unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept payments through approved payment methods available on our website, including major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment processors.

Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize TLV Enterprise Consulting Inc. to charge the payment method provided for all purchased services, products, and applicable fees.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, returned, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful, we reserve the right to:

* Suspend services until payment is received
* Cancel future appointments
* Refuse future services
* Recover any outstanding balances through appropriate collection methods

Pricing Changes

TLV Enterprise Consulting Inc. reserves the right to modify pricing for services, programs, and products at any time without prior notice. Pricing changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Refund Policy

Consulting Services

Due to the time, expertise, preparation, and resources invested in providing consulting services, all consulting fees are generally non-refundable.

Once a consulting session has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

Strategy Sessions and Coaching Calls

All strategy sessions, coaching calls, and consulting appointments are non-refundable once booked.

Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.

Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited without refund.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a “no-show.”

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

At our discretion, a one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered.

Digital Products and Downloads

Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

* E-books
* Guides
* Templates
* Checklists
* Courses
* Workbooks
* Downloadable resources
* Training materials

No refunds will be issued once digital content has been delivered or accessed.

Workshops, Webinars, and Training Programs

Registration fees for workshops, webinars, and training events are non-refundable.

If TLV Enterprise Consulting Inc. cancels an event, participants may receive either:

* A full refund, or
* A credit toward a future event

at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact TLV Enterprise Consulting Inc. first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.

Submitting a chargeback for services rendered or digital products delivered may result in:

* Immediate termination of services
* Denial of future services
* Collection efforts for unpaid balances

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund remains solely at the discretion of TLV Enterprise Consulting Inc.
